Ordering Procedures

 Choose the products from our online catalog.

 Upon decision made, please click HERE for the quote request procedures.  Please follow the instructions and input your personal details in the form.  We will then forward you full quote with shipping.

 If you are satisfied with the quote, you can pay us by Credit Card, Direct bank to bank transfer (money wiring) or Foreign Bank Draft (issued by bank).  Please see "Payment" for more details.  Minimum order and maximun order apply depends on payment method chosen.

 Upon payment received, your order will be shipped immediately.  Time of delivery will differ according to the shipping method chosen. Please allow 5 days for speedpost delivery, 20 days for airmail and 60 days for surface mail.

    For Credit Card payment

    We accept VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS card through Iescrow (Tradenable) or Paypal.  In the Iescrow (Tradenable) transaction, money will not change hands until order is received by you.  Hence, you have better protection.  It also saves your time. Please visit www.tradenable.com for more information.  We also accept credit card (VISA & MASTER) or Direct Transfer through Paypal for US orders.  Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. For credit card orders, we accept the total order amount (i.e. shipping excluded) from USD 50 to USD 1,000.

    For Direct Bank to Bank Transfer(money wiring) payment

    You can obtain such service from your local bank.  Once your order is confirmed, our bank details will be given to you. Your order will be sent within two working days upon the payment is received.  Please note that money wiring usually incurs a service fee charged by your bank.  For Bank to bank transfer orders, we accept the order amount (i.e. shipping included) from USD 50.  No upper limit applies.

    For Foreign Bank Draft & International Money Order payment

    You can obtain such service from your local bank.  Once your order is confirmed, FBD/IMO details will be given to you. Your order will be sent when your FBD or IMO is cleared.  FBD usually takes 2 days to clear and IMO takes 21 days.  Please note that issuing a Foreign Bank Draft or IMO usually incurs a service fee charged by your bank.  For FBD or IMO orders, we accept the order amount (i.e. shipping included) from USD 50.  No upper limit applies.

    We do not accept money order, bank cheque nor personal cheque.
     
     

    CUSTOMS

    Orders will be accepted only if the Customs Authority in your country allows the importation of airsoft. For countries or some US states where airsoft importation is prohibited, Guaranteed delivery does not apply. Please do check with your local customs office.  When ordering from us, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. We always comply with the customs regulations.  Thus, we have not had any single parcel seized by the Customs.  Your money is treated as important as ours so we will take good care of your parcel.  Upon request, we offer trademark removal and muzzle painting for free to conform with the Customs.
     
     

    SHIPPING

    To find out when your order will arrive, you need to consider the shipping option you selected.

    Shipping will normally be handled by Speedpost.  It is the fastest and most secured courier service. We need a little time to process and assemble your order before we actually ship it. Your shipping time will be 3 days, depending on where you live. Hence, the total delivery time will be 3-5 days. We do not ship on Sunday or Holidays, please allow an additional 1-2 days for weekend orders.

    A unique tracking number will be issued by the Speedpost, which can be obtained from us, so you can track your package. However, the loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of goods will not be taken as our responsibilities.  But we will sure assist you for claims against the courier.

    For more economical way of shipping, air mail and surface mail are available as well.  Air mail will usually take 2 to 3 weeks and surface mail will usually take 1 to 2 months for delivery.
     
     

    WARRANTIES & GUARANTEES

    Honestly, we do not provide warranties to our airsoft items as we are thousand miles away.  But we guarantee that each and every item we sold is in perfect working condition.  Each and every product we send is checked and tested before shipment.  If your product is received faulty not due to the fault of the courier or other third party, we will repair or exchange (when situation calls upon) the product for you without charges.  You can rely upon DEN for high quality products.
